Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • If there is a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

Shipping will be determined by weight and dimensions of product at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Local Pickup

  • Local customers in the Prahran area can choose free in-store pickup at checkout.

  • Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at [your email address].
