Shipping will be determined by weight and dimensions of product at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local customers in the Prahran area can choose free in-store pickup at checkout.

Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
Missing or Lost Packages
