Victorian Sage & Mugwort Mix Smudge Bundles

These beautiful sage & mugwort smudge bundles are organically grown in Victoria.

Directions for Use: Make sure to open up a window or a door, allowing the smoke to leave taking the energy of the space with it. It's ideal to have a smudge bowl or any heat proof little plate, so that you can catch any falling ashes and to put it out when you're finished. Set your intention (e.g. "may any negative energy in the room clear so new loving energy can come in") and light your sage. Make sure that the sage has burned enough so that the embers will continue to smoke. If the smoke ceases before you are done with your ritual, you can carefully light the sage again. Walk around your space with the sage, keeping your chosen intention in mind. Make sure to get the smoke into the corners of the room as they are known to have stagnant energy. When you're finished, thank the sage, simply put it out on your dish or under a weak stream of water being careful to not wet it too much.
